Alkalized Premium Cocoa Powder
Premium alkalized cocoa powder is
derived from cocoa beans that have undergone fermentation,
drying, roasting, and alkalization (Dutch processing). The
beans are pressed to remove cocoa butter, then the resulting
cake is ground into fine powder.
